Dear customers, orders placed on FRIDAY after 14:00 SATURDAY, SUNDAY and on holidays are PROCESSED the first business day after that. Delivery depends on the size of the shipment for the whole country and is carried out within 1-2 working days. Orders placed on weekdays after 2:00 PM are PROCESSED the next day. You can receive a call from our associate within 24 hours after placing an order - not valid on SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS and HOLIDAYS.

After an order has been placed by a User in the SmartBag.bg online store, a consultant on our site can contact him if there are things to clarify regarding the order. In the event that the ordered model is not in stock, the order may be cancelled.
Free delivery for the whole country for orders over BGN 100, within 1-2 working days.
Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
Payment on delivery (cash on delivery): upon receipt of the goods, the amount due is paid to the courier.
For companies, it is possible to pay by bank transfer on an issued proforma invoice.

Within 14 working days after you receive the product, you have the right to return it according to Art. 55, para. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). We will reimburse you in full the amount paid for it according to Art. 55, para. 6 of the Consumer Protection Act.
It is necessary to follow the described steps:
- Send an e-mail to the address: office@smartbag.bg in which to indicate the order number, the code(s) of the returned product(s).
- Send the product in the condition in which you received it, without handling it in any way, together with the product label and packaging. Out of stock on any of the items required to return may be charged!

The costs incurred for the delivery of the return of the purchase are for your account .
The value of the returned goods can be refunded ONLY by bank transfer. The amount will be refunded within 30 days from the date of return. Please leave your bank account in the return form in the field damage or other or send it to us through any of the communication channels.
*For orders over BGN 100. delivery is free, in the event of a complaint or return of a product/s included in such an order, due to which the value of the items in the order becomes below BGN 100, smartbag.bg reserves the right to deduct the cost of ordinary delivery from the amount for the returned products .
