The backpack has all the extras we are familiar with so far. USB charging for your phone, waterproof, anti-theft pocket, built-in rain cover, so you can be sure in the rain that you will never get wet - extremely suitable when attending mass events.
However, this backpack is different because it's the most comfortable carry-on backpack you've ever come across. It includes the "Damping Strap" function, which means that their handles have an additional stretch, which takes away some of the weight of the backpack. So even if you have to carry heavy things inside, some of the weight will be taken from the handles.

All shipments are dispatched the next working day after the order is placed, meaning it can be with you within 48 hours.
If after ordering you decide that you don't like the product you ordered. You can return the order within 14 days.

When will I receive my order?
- Every order is processed within the day it is received. Accordingly, it is sent on the next working day. If you would like the product you have selected to be delivered the next day after ordering, please contact us and we will do our best to get it on time. Do the products you offer have a warranty?
- Yes! Each backpack has a 24-month warranty, which is with us and it applies to any defects that arise from its use. After this warranty expires, most manufacturers we work with offer another 11 months of warranty.
Can I return an item I purchased from you?
- Each backpack can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, in the form in which you received it with all accompanying documents, at your expense. In such a case, with the returned product, you indicate a bank account to which the value of the goods will be refunded to you within two days of receiving it at our office. Can I see the product live?
- At the moment we do not have physical stores and offer our goods only online. Of course, every shipment is sent with an option to view and test before payment, so you can be sure of what you are buying. And we hope to open our first physical store in the city of Sofia very soon.
