Within 14 working days after you receive the product, you have the right to return it according to Art. 55, para. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). We will reimburse you in full the amount paid for it according to Art. 55, para. 6 of the Consumer Protection Act.
It is necessary to follow the described steps:
- Send an e-mail to the address: office@smartbag.bg in which to indicate the order number, the code(s) of the returned product(s).
- Send the product in the condition in which you received it, without handling it in any way, together with the product label and packaging. Out of stock on any of the items required to return may be charged!
